I have worked with over 1,000 athletes from all over MD, VA and CO. From regular gym goers to some of the FITTEST and STRONGEST in the world. In this time, I have learned the common denominators of most ACHES, PAINS, INJURIES and ATHLETIC LIMITATION. I have developed my Massage skills with the intention of CHANGING THE WORLD.
I use a combination of DEEP TISSUE and TRIGGER POINT THERAPY. In each session my goal is to find the underlying issues that are causing pain. For example, pain in the front of a clients shoulder is rarely coming from a problem in the front of their shoulder. Rather, it's coming from, in most cases, the ROTATOR CUFF. The rotator cuff is a group of muscles that are responsible for most athletic shoulder issues. I hope this illustrates the basics of my work.

Look, massage should be a daily habit for humans, as it has so many amazing benefits that you cannot get anywhere else. Receiving massage from a loved one and giving one in return on a weekly basis would heal most of the pain in the world.
I offer 90 minute and 45 minute sessions. This way you have more opportunities to get massage.
Of course. The body needs hands on therapy. Massage in general is great for almost everyone. My technique is just a big more intense and targeted than the average massage...But, in a good way.
It's my twist on things. Deep tissue, trigger point therapy, Theragun.. All the fun stuff. I use techniques to reduce pain and aches and get athletes back to what they love. Living pain free.
The body is complex and needs a-lot of love. The more time spent taking care of it, the better. So, 90 minutes is the sweet spot for me.
