I have worked with around 2,000 athletes from MD, VA and CO. My clients range from regular gym goers, to some of the fittest and strongest in the world. Over the course of 6 years I have learned many of the common causes of most ACHES, PAINS, INJURIES and ATHLETIC LIMITATIONS. I have thoughtfully developed my Muscle Therapy massage technique with the intention of CHANGING THE WORLD, one client at a time.
MY MUSCLE THERAPY TECHNIQUE
After receiving my Massage practitioner certification from Baltimore school of Massage in 2014, I went into business for myself with no idea what I was doing. I just knew I had a skill I could build a business with. Eventually, I got really good at fixing pain and the more I did, the more I began to see just how many people are in pain everyday. The amount of people suffering from chronic aches, pains and other issues, is breathtaking. But, i understood also that MOST ACHES AND PAINS ARE EASILY RESOLVED, or at-least much easier that most people thing.
Over the years, to combat this PAIN EPIDEMIC that clients had, I had to get better and better at massage. I had to find the different ways to resolve these problems, and I eventually came up with my own method. AND IT WORKS. I use a combination of DEEP TISSUE and TRIGGER POINT therapy to resolve the underlying issues that are causing your aches and pains as an athlete. More specifically though, I found the muscles in the body that are causing most of the issues we develop, and the reason why why develop them. So, not only is a session packed full of MUSCLE THERAPY, but I'm going to educate you in the process.
I work to find the underlying issues that are causing you pain. For example, if you are feeling pain in the front of your shoulder; rarely is the
problem originating from a problem in the front of your shoulder. Rather, in lots of cases, the pain is coming from the ROTATOR CUFF. The rotator cuff is a group of muscles that are responsible for most athletic shoulder issues. I have a variety of techniques to assess and relieve those and other similar problems.

Yes! My goal is to help everyone in pain. However, my methods have been developed with athletes especially in mind.
Once a year is better than never, but weekly is even better than monthly. I believe, massage should be a daily habit for humans, since it has so many amazing benefits. (As shown above). Regularly receiving a massage from a loved one and giving one in return could heal a lot of the pain in the world. I currently offer 90 minute and 45 minute sessions, to best accommodate your schedule.
Absolutely! Massage in general is great for almost everyone. In addition to pain relief; massage can improve your mobility, reduce stress, calm your mind and give you a break from the madness of the world. My massage technique combination MUSCLE THERAPY is just a big bit more intentional, intense and targeted than the average massage... but, in a great way. A way with the intention of healing.
Muscle Therapy is my twist on regular massage therapy. I utilize deep tissue, trigger point therapy, stretches, mobility movements and the Theragun and Cupping therapy. These techniques reduce aches and pains and help get athletes back to what they love; working out. My unique style of muscle therapy can help you live your life pain-free.
